The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, during the last inspection, found that the hot and cold smoked, vacuum packaged seafood , and the salted herring were not produced under an adequate HACCP plan and held in unsanitary conditions. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services requested a recall of all vacuum packaged seafood products and the salted herring.
