Full Description:
The recalled fire alarm panel is the Simplex 4100U-NXP panel configured for third party monitoring and running software revision 14.01. The words "Simplex," "4100U" and "Fire Control" appear on the fire alarm's front panel. The software revision number can be identified by pressing the "Menu" key on the panel keypad, selecting "Show Software Revision Level" and pressing "Enter."
