- Remedy:
- Consumers who have purchased one of these garden tractors (within the affected date code range) are asked to stop using the tractor immediately, call the appropriate telephone number for your model in the list, give the customer service representative your garden tractor model name, model number and serial number information. This information is located under the tractor seat on the fender. We will verify if your tractor is affected by this recall. If your tractor is affected, we will schedule a free repair of the unit.
