The recalled air conditioners have a serial number within the following ranges: 4895Y10001 to 4895Y10300 2196Y10001 to 2196Y10300 3096Y12302 to 3096Y12700 4396Y00101 to 4396Y00500 1697Y20873 to 1697Y21072 2097Y21165 to 2097Y21464 2997Y20457 to 2997Y20656 The model and serial numbers are located on the top of the plastic evaporator scroll behind the unit's front plastic grill. "Carrier" is written on the front of these units.
