Product Information
Full Description:
The recalled cribs include models, 7010 Alpine, 7020 Caspian, 7030 Coventry, 7040 Dunmore and 7070 Haystack. The full-size cribs are solid maple and are available in five finishes, natural, colonial, white, cherry, and cinnamon. A label on the bottom of the cribs reads, "Vermont Precision Woodworks." The manufacturing date and model name is also printed on the label. The cribs were made in the USA. The ASTM voluntary standard for full-size baby cribs includes tests for structural integrity of crib components. CPSC staff found that the recalled side rails failed the ASTM voluntary standard test. Vermont Woodworks revised the assembly procedure for the replacement rails to comply with the ASTM standard.
